We’re looking for a Night Co-ordinator (Administrator) to join our team at our Sainsbury’s site in Langland’s Park, East Kilbride. You’ll play a key role in supporting Transport KPIs by completing daily tasks, providing accurate information and ensuring our fleet and drivers are ready to go. You’ll be part of a variety of systems and processes that help us deliver safe, efficient and reliable transport every night.
Your working pattern will be 40 hours per week, operating 4 on and 4 off between the hours of 18:00-05:30 and a holiday allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays. Your Per annum salary is £33,559.50.

- Provide accurate and timely transport information to relevant teams
- Support fleet changes and ensure information is communicated correctly
- Monitor Transport KPIs, reporting and performance against targets
- Coordinate with Transport Operations, Planning and Management teams
- Maintain accurate records, reports and information across transport systems
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and support operational improvements
Experience And Skills
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced transport operation
- Understanding of relevant legislation, including drivers’ hours and working-time rules
- Knowledge of transport operations and distribution networks
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and transport systems
- Understanding of health & safety requirements and relevant legislation
- Good communication, problem-solving and organisational skills with attention to detail
