What You'll Do
Capacity Planning & Strategy
- B2B Capacity Planning
- Design and oversee the overall capacity framework for the European B2B business, including building a robust carrier pool, optimizing capacity mix, and maintaining strategic reserve resources to support business growth.
- Carrier Sourcing
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality B2B carriers; develop a diversified supplier ecosystem to secure stable and flexible capacity supply.
Dispatch & Execution
- Dynamic Dispatching
- Allocate and adjust capacity resources in real time based on order demand, ensuring on-time performance and consistently high delivery quality.
Carrier Performance & Relationship Management
- Performance Evaluation
- Establish and enforce a comprehensive carrier scorecard (covering transit time, damage rate, successful delivery rate, etc.) to drive continuous improvement in service quality and reliability.
- Relationship Stewardship
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with key B2B carriers through regular performance reviews and strategic business dialogues, expanding both the depth and breadth of collaboration.

Cost Management
- Cost Control
- Oversee end-to-end capacity cost accounting, analysis, and optimization; actively participate in carrier rate negotiations and benchmarking to secure competitive pricing.
- Efficiency & Savings
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through lane optimization, load factor improvement, capacity structure refinement, and other data-driven measures.
Data Analytics & Process Excellence
- Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze key operational metrics (load factor, on-time rate, cost per unit, etc.); produce actionable reports and lead improvement projects based on insights.
- Process Optimization
- Streamline B2B capacity workflows, identify bottlenecks, and champion standardized, fine-grained operations, while driving system digitalization and automation to enhance overall efficiency.

About You
- Industry experience: 5 years and above
- Job experience: 3 years and above
- Education: Bachelor's degree and above
- Language: Fluent in Chinese and English
- Professional skills: Proficient in the overall operation and compliance risk control of cross-border B2B transportation, able to accurately meet B-end needs, coordinate internal and external resources, achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement through data optimization, and efficiently solve various operational problems in European logistics
