Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Transport Planner role based in Riddings. The Transport Planner will plan and schedule daily road haulage and courier operations, ensuring efficient vehicle utilization and on-time deliveries across the business.
Responsibilities
- Producing and updating transport plans
- Managing driver routes and workloads
- Coordinating collections and deliveries with customers, drivers, and warehouse teams
- Monitoring live operations
- Resolving route or timing issues
- Maintaining accurate system records
- Supporting compliance with transport regulations and company policies
- Contributing to continuous improvement of planning processes, cost control, and service quality

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Transportation Planning and Transport Modelling to design efficient, cost-effective routes and schedules
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams and to handle issues professionally
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior experience in logistics, haulage, or courier planning; experience in a fast-paced transport office is an advantage
