THE ROLE
My client seeks a TRANSPORT PLANNER to join their busy team in their Oxfordshire office.
You will be involved with doing site appraisals, feasibility studies, pre-application advice, transport assessments, transport statements, travel plans, traffic modelling, junction capacity assessments and more.

My client is a long established multi-discipline firm of engineering consultants with several UK offices.

THE CANDIDATE
You will need to have an appropriate Degree.
You may be Chartered as a Transport Planner or working towards chartered status.
You need experience of doing the preparation of Transport Assessments and Transport Statements.
Some experience required in using industry standard junction modelling programmes.
You may also have some experience of highway design and Road Safety Audits.
Good communication skills are essential to deal directly with clients.

Salary is very negotiable according to your experience but likely to be between GBP30,000 and GBP45,000. There are also a good range of company benefits which includes pension contribution, cycle to work scheme, social events, free on-site parking and more.
