Responsibilities
You will be responsible and accountable for:
- Planning our vehicles effectively to achieve on time deliveries
- Ensure all customer collections are achieved.
- Changing schedules to meet customer/network demands.
- Liaising with drivers and colleagues to ensure all day-to-day activities are met to the highest possible standards.
- Ensuring our drivers are delivering effectively and reporting delays effectively.
- Trouble shooting critical transport related issues as they arise in a live environment.

- The ability to utilise and manage people effectively.
- Full training for the in-house systems will be provided, however a good knowledge of computer skills will be required.
- Flexible approach with regards to working hours
- Able to work under pressure in a time-critical environment.
- Well organised with an acute attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
Working Hours
Base Hours Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm, with covering shifts through the year for colleagues holidays 6-2.30pm & 12-8.30pm (4 weeks of secondary shifts throughout the year as agreed)
Saturday mornings occasionally, paid as overtime additionally to salary + personal expenses towards mobile phone.
