Transport Planning First Line Manager
Pay Rate: £32,000.00 - £35,000.00 depending on experience
Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Full-Time)
Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday (Office hours)
Location: Wellesbourne CV35 9JY

What Does the Role Entail?
- Maintaining and planning all transport activities
- Cost effective inbound activities
- Line management of two colleagues including 1:1 meetings
- Managing the customers directly
- Following all the compliance rules and regulations

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- A strategic and analytical individual who strives to deliver the best possible results
- Previous experience in a similar role – desirable
