Keep our transport operation moving.

We're looking for a Transport Supervisor to join our busy Warrington Hub, helping to keep our transport operation running safely, efficiently and on time.

Working closely with the Transport Shift Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination of drivers and transport activity across your shift. You'll be a visible point of leadership for the team, making decisions, resolving operational issues and ensuring our drivers have everything they need to deliver a great service.

This is a fast-paced role where priorities can change quickly, so we're looking for someone who is organised, confident making decisions and comfortable working in a busy transport environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supervising and supporting drivers throughout your shift, providing clear direction and keeping the operation running smoothly.
  • Briefing and debriefing drivers, ensuring route instructions, collections and deliveries are clearly understood and completed.
  • Monitoring daily transport activity and responding quickly to delays, route issues and other operational challenges.
  • Reviewing driver documentation, log sheets and digital tachograph information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensuring vehicle defects identified during checks are recorded, escalated and appropriately actioned.
  • Making sure accidents, incidents and vehicle damage are reported correctly and within required timescales.
  • Working closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate collections and deliveries.
  • Supporting route optimisation and making operational adjustments when required.
  • Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety and transport compliance across the shift.
  • Providing clear and detailed shift handovers to Transport Shift Managers and fellow Supervisors.
  • Using transport systems and operational data to monitor performance and identify issues requiring action.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
