This is an onsite role based at our UK Logistics Centre in Daventry.

Our Transportation team operates a weekly rotational shift pattern 07:00-15:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 Monday to Friday. • Raise and manage customs requests and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with trade and export regulations.
  • Act as a key link between Customer Service, logistics providers, and internal teams, providing clear and timely communication on shipment status and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, shipment, transportation, and operational records within company systems to support business reporting and decision-making.
  • Follow up with customers and stakeholders to provide shipping documentation, resolve queries, and deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Generate reports and analyse operational data using Excel and other business systems to support performance tracking and continuous improvement activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across transportation, warehouse, customer service, and compliance teams to improve processes, maintain service levels, and achieve operational goals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
