Driving Force is recruiting for a Transport Coordinator to join a busy and growing transport operation based in Warrington.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about keeping logistics running smoothly.
About the Role:
Working on a 4 on 4 off – days shift pattern, you will be responsible for supporting daily transport operations, ensuring the efficient coordination of drivers and vehicles to meet business and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily transport schedules and driver routes
- Monitor fleet activity to ensure timely deliveries and collections
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with transport legislation
- Support the Transport Manager with operational and administrative tasks

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a transport or logistics coordination role (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in IT systems (Transport Management Systems experience is a plus)
- A positive, team-focused attitude
