Transportation Operations Specialist (3PL Management)
What You'll Do
- Responsible for establishing and optimizing the management system for self-operated network and 2B transportation carriers, as well as formulating management standards and operational processes.
- Build a carrier KPI management system to monitor performance indicators such as fulfillment rate, timeliness and service quality.
- Facilitate the smooth transition between new and existing carriers to ensure business continuity.
- Coordinate with the procurement and tendering team, participate in tender parameter setting and carrier selection, and support the collaboration between procurement and operations.
- Responsible for carrier settlement and the management of online billing systems to ensure the settlement process is standardized and efficient.
- Coordinate with national fleets, streamline settlement procedures, handle settlement discrepancies, and ensure timely closure of related issues.
- Collaborate with the settlement team and procurement & tendering team to promote settlement process optimization and the implementation of online settlement.
- Organize settlement training sessions for carriers and internal relevant departments to ensure the proper understanding and execution of standardized processes and operations.

About You
- Industry Experience: 5 years or above
- Job-specific Experience: 3 years or above
- Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English
- Professional Skills: Experience in 3PL carrier management in qualified logistics companies; experience in 3PL procurement and tendering is preferred; familiarity with the local carrier resource market
