🚚 WE’RE HIRING – LOGISTICS CO-ORDINATOR / MANAGER
Melody Maison is looking for an organised, proactive and reliable Logistics Co-ordinator / Manager to join our Operations team. This is a great opportunity for either an experienced Logistics Manager ready to take ownership of a small delivery operation, or an experienced Logistics Co-ordinator looking for their next step — with the opportunity to progress into a management position within 6–12 months.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Planning and coordinating daily delivery routes
- Managing 3–5 drivers and a fleet of 4–5 vans
- Coordinating drivers and second men
- Monitoring delivery performance and costs
- Overseeing servicing, MOTs, repairs and vehicle maintenance
- Acting as the main point of contact for drivers
- Working closely with Customer Services, Warehouse, Accounts and Management
- Ensuring health, safety, compliance and accurate records are maintained
- Identifying ways to improve the efficiency and reliability of our delivery operation
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and reliable
- Proactive and able to spot problems early
- Calm under pressure
- A confident communicator
- A strong practical problem-solver
- Accountable and able to take ownership
- Safety-conscious

Working hours:
Primarily Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with some 6am starts and occasional weekend availability required.

Salary Range
DOE £27-£30K With promotion opportunities and many perks, including a profit bonus scheme, staff events and much more.
