Role Overview
This is a rewarding and varied role at the heart of the Trauma & Orthopaedic service, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to patients recovering from limb fractures. As a valued member of the multidisciplinary team, you will work alongside specialist nurses, trauma coordinators, and medical staff to help deliver high-quality, compassionate, and well-coordinated care.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a key point of contact for patients and carers, providing reassurance, guidance, and clear information throughout their recovery journey.
- Combine hands-on patient support with essential coordination and administrative responsibilities, including assisting with care planning, tracking patient progress, and ensuring appointments and investigations run smoothly.
