Role: Travel Adviser

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $45,000 – $75,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Travel Adviser to plan, book, and manage travel for clients across leisure or corporate trips. The role combines deep destination knowledge with operational discipline — making sure every trip happens the way it should.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and book travel itineraries (flights, hotels, transfers, activities) tailored to client needs
  • Advise clients on destinations, visas, travel insurance, and trip logistics
  • Resolve in-trip issues including delays, cancellations, and rebookings
  • Maintain accurate bookings and traveller profiles in GDS and booking platforms
  • Build relationships with hotel, airline, and DMC partners
  • Meet revenue, attachment, and customer satisfaction targets

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years in travel advisory, corporate travel, or agency roles
  • Familiarity with GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo) is a plus
  • Strong destination knowledge across multiple regions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and client service
  • Comfort with after-hours support during traveller emergencies
  • IATA or equivalent certification is a plus
