Travel Agency Administrator
Norwich, Norfolk | Full-time | £26,600 – £27,600 per annum + discretionary bonus
Are you highly organised, detail-focused and passionate about delivering excellent customer service?
We’re recruiting for a Travel Agency Administrator to join a specialist tour operator offering bespoke worldwide travel experiences to a discerning client base.
This is a varied and rewarding role where attention to detail really matters. You’ll be responsible for ensuring clients receive a seamless experience before, during and after their travels, coordinating arrangements and making sure every detail is handled accurately and professionally.
This is not a sales role – it’s an opportunity for someone who takes genuine pride in providing outstanding service, keeping things organised and getting the details right.
The Role
Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 5pm
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a consistently high level of customer service
- Preparing and issuing accurate travel documentation
- Coordinating flights, transfers and accommodation
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and social media
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
- Monitoring and processing payments
- Liaising with suppliers to confirm arrangements and resolve queries
- Supporting internal teams to ensure bookings run smoothly from start to finish

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Calm, reliable and able to work effectively under pressure
- Professional and confident when communicating with customers and suppliers
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising workloads
- Confident using Microsoft Office and a range of computer systems
- A good problem solver with sound judgement
- Naturally customer-focused and committed to high standards
- A positive team player who takes pride in doing a job well

Previous experience within travel, administration, customer service or a similar environment would be advantageous, although industry experience is not essential. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
