Flyconnect is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Travel Agent with at least one year of experience to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate is proficient in customer service and possesses strong communication and problem-solving abilities to efficiently assist clients with their travel needs. This role involves managing bookings, planning detailed itineraries, and ensuring all travel arrangements comply with international travel regulations, including handling travel documentation accurately. The Travel Agent at Flyconnect acts as the primary liaison between clients and travel service providers, providing expert advice and resolving any challenges that may arise during the booking and travel process.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about travel options, pricing, and regulations to clients.
- Manage booking and reservations across multiple platforms, including Global Distribution Systems like Amadeus and Travelport Galileo.
- Develop customized travel itineraries tailored to client preferences and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with international and domestic travel regulations and manage all necessary travel documentation.
- Use fare and ticketing management software to issue tickets and make amendments as necessary.
- Assist clients in understanding travel policies, visa requirements, and health regulations.
- Utilize online booking platforms and Amadeus PNR Management for effective itinerary tracking and record keeping.
- Resolve client conflicts and problems by employing conflict resolution techniques and offering alternative solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, promotions, and emerging regulations to provide informed advice.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client requests, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare travel documentation including tickets, vouchers, and invoices with accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team and vendors to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.
- Monitor booking changes and cancellations, updating clients and service providers accordingly.
- Support Flyconnect’s reputation by adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality when handling client information.
