Job Summary:

Looking for Travel Agents to provide specialized insight and practical knowledge to support a dynamic customer project in the travel sector. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This engagement is ideal for experienced travel professionals who excel in written and verbal communication and thrive in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Scope of Work

  • Deliver detailed, scenario-based feedback on travel planning, booking processes, customer interaction, and industry best practices.
  • Analyze and critique travel-related queries, itineraries, and sales strategies to ensure AI outputs align with real-world standards.
  • Develop realistic travel booking scenarios and effective negotiation approaches for a variety of customer profiles and destinations.
  • Evaluate and improve communication protocols and customer service responses for clarity and professionalism.
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing sales techniques and upselling strategies within the travel domain.
  • Participate in written and verbal project discussions to clarify requirements and share expert perspectives.
  • Review and refine AI-generated content, ensuring high-quality reading comprehension and industry relevance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Travel Agent or in a closely related travel consultancy role.
  • Proven expertise in customer service, travel planning, and sales negotiation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide actionable, constructive feedback.
  • Strong reading comprehension for evaluating complex travel scenarios, itineraries, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with current travel industry trends, technologies, and global destinations.
  • Experience handling diverse customer requests and resolving conflicts with a customer-centric approach.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with a passion for continuous learning and process improvement.
