Travel Agent (Part-Time) – £15–£18 per Hour + Training Provided

About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a friendly and organised Travel Agent to join their growing team on a part-time basis.
You'll help customers plan and book holidays, flights, hotels, and travel experiences while providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in travel, customer service, sales, hospitality, administration, or anyone looking to start a career in the travel industry. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with holiday and travel enquiries.
- Research and recommend suitable travel options.
- Arrange flights, hotels, holidays, and travel packages.
- Process bookings and maintain accurate customer records.
- Provide travel information and respond to customer queries.
- Build positive customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
- Support sales and meet agreed customer service targets.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Good computer and administrative skills.
- Interest in travel and holidays.
- Previous experience in Travel Agent, Travel Consultant, Travel Advisor, Customer Service, Sales, Hospitality, or Administration is beneficial but not essential.
