Travel Agent (Part-Time) – £15–£18 per Hour + Training Provided

Travel Consultant | Travel Advisor | Customer Service | Holiday Bookings | Travel Sales

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a friendly and organised Travel Agent to join their growing team on a part-time basis.

You'll help customers plan and book holidays, flights, hotels, and travel experiences while providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in travel, customer service, sales, hospitality, administration, or anyone looking to start a career in the travel industry. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with holiday and travel enquiries.
  • Research and recommend suitable travel options.
  • Arrange flights, hotels, holidays, and travel packages.
  • Process bookings and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Provide travel information and respond to customer queries.
  • Build positive customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
  • Support sales and meet agreed customer service targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Good computer and administrative skills.
  • Interest in travel and holidays.
  • Previous experience in Travel Agent, Travel Consultant, Travel Advisor, Customer Service, Sales, Hospitality, or Administration is beneficial but not essential.
