Overview
This Travel Agent opportunity is available through CV-BRIDGE LTD, connecting candidates with relevant UK employment opportunities.
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused individual to help customers plan and book holidays, flights, hotels and travel experiences while delivering excellent service.
Training is provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates with experience in travel, customer service, sales, hospitality or administration — as well as those looking to begin a career in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with holiday and travel enquiries
- Research and recommend suitable travel options
- Arrange flights, hotels, holidays and travel packages
- Process bookings and maintain accurate customer records
- Provide clear travel information and respond to customer queries
- Build positive customer relationships
- Support sales and customer service targets
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and online systems
- Friendly and professional approach
- Genuine interest in travel and holidays
- Ability to work independently and manage customer enquiries
- Previous experience in travel, customer service, sales, hospitality or administration is beneficial but not essential
