We are looking for a friendly, organised, reliable, and detail-oriented Travel Assistant to support customers and travel-related activities, including travel research, trip planning, customer communication, travel information, and general administrative tasks.
In this role, you will assist with a variety of travel-related responsibilities, including destination research, holiday options, accommodation, attractions, activities, travel information, customer enquiries, travel documents, and booking-related support.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel, organisation, customer service, research, communication, and learning about different destinations, particularly those looking for a flexible remote working arrangement.
π― Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day travel-related tasks and activities.
- Support customers with general travel enquiries and information requests.
- Research destinations, accommodation, attractions, activities, and travel experiences.
- Gather and organise relevant travel information.
- Assist with preparing travel options and recommendations.
- Help customers understand different travel products and available options.
- Maintain accurate and organised travel and customer records.
- Assist with preparing travel-related documents and information.
- Respond to routine customer enquiries through appropriate communication channels.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and outstanding requests.
- Assist with booking-related enquiries, changes, amendments, cancellations, and special requests where applicable.
- Keep destination and travel product information accurate and up to date.
- Assist with organising schedules, task lists, and travel information.
- Communicate with relevant team members or travel suppliers when additional information is required.
- Support seasonal travel campaigns and promotional activities where appropriate.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and within the required timeframe.

The main focus of this position is to provide reliable travel support, organise information, assist customers, and ensure assigned travel-related tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Travel Assistants may also provide general administrative support to help travel-related activities run smoothly.
Your work may include:
- Organising customer information.
- Updating travel records.
- Preparing travel-related documents.
- Maintaining organised digital files.
- Tracking customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Organising destination and travel product information.
- Assisting with schedules and task lists.
- Preparing information for customers or team members.
- Checking travel information for accuracy.
- Supporting internal communication and coordination.
- Completing routine administrative tasks as assigned.
Strong organisation and attention to detail are important because the role may involve managing multiple travel enquiries, information requests, and administrative tasks.
π£ Travel Information & Promotional Support
You may also assist with keeping travel information current and supporting relevant promotional activities.
Your work may include:
- Researching new destinations and travel products.
- Keeping up to date with seasonal travel offers.
- Collecting information about accommodation and experiences.
- Supporting destination-focused campaigns.
- Preparing travel-related information for customers.
- Helping identify travel products relevant to different customer interests.
- Supporting seasonal travel activities where appropriate.
This helps ensure that customers receive current, relevant, and accurate travel information.

This is a remote position with flexible working arrangements.
Daily tasks can be completed using a:

There is no requirement to commute to a fixed office every day.

- Travel / Tourism / Hospitality / Customer Service / Administration / Retail / Marketing / Digital Marketing / E-commerce / Business
No previous travel industry experience is required.
