Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and organised Travel Associate to support customers, travel operations, bookings, and day-to-day activities across the travel and tourism sector. The successful candidate will assist with travel arrangements, customer enquiries, supplier coordination, travel research, and administrative tasks while helping deliver a smooth and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with travel enquiries, arrangements, and general support.
- Research destinations, accommodation, flights, tours, and travel experiences.
- Support booking, reservation, amendment, and cancellation processes.
- Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, schedules, and related documents.
- Communicate with hotels, airlines, tour operators, suppliers, and travel partners.
- Maintain accurate customer, booking, and travel records.
- Monitor booking information, schedules, availability, and travel updates.
- Assist with resolving customer enquiries and travel-related issues.
- Support travel marketing, promotional, and customer engagement activities.
- Conduct research on travel trends, destinations, and new travel products.
- Prepare basic reports and updates for the travel team.
- Support administrative, operational, and project-related tasks as required.

Requirements
- Interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, customer service, or business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good research and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, email, and online platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous travel, tourism, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of UK and international travel destinations.
- Familiarity with travel booking and reservation systems.
- Experience with CRM or customer management platforms.
- Knowledge of hotels, airlines, tour operators, cruises, or travel packages.
- Basic sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Experience working with travel agencies, tourism companies, or hospitality businesses is advantageous.
