About the Role

Do you enjoy helping others and have a passion for travel? We're looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join our growing team as Travel Booking Specialists. In this role, you'll assist clients in planning unforgettable vacations while receiving comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Whether you're new to the travel industry or have previous customer service experience, we'll provide the resources you need to get started.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in planning and booking cruises, all-inclusive resorts, family vacations, Disney, and other travel experiences.
  • Research destinations, resorts, and travel options to match each client's needs.
  • Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after travel.
  • Manage reservations, payments, and travel documentation.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized service.
  • Stay informed about travel promotions, supplier updates, and industry training.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service mindset.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable using computers and online applications.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or travel is helpful but not required.
