The Role

We are seeking a professional and proactive Client Advisor (Account Handler) to join our Travel Team in London. This is a client-facing role where you will provide expert advice, manage insurance portfolios, and deliver an exceptional level of service to new and existing clients. You will work closely with colleagues, insurers, and clients to ensure insurance arrangements are accurate, compliant, and aligned with the client’s needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • To deliver a highly responsive travel client service, working within agreed strategies for renewals and new business quote turnaround and mid-term activity. Full training offered regarding Travel Client needs and policy covers.
  • Management of a portfolio of Enterprise Travel clients.
  • Building and creation of strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring appropriate cover and risk solutions are in place.
  • Retention and development of existing business by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Development and support of Seasonal Resort Staff business.
  • Support of Client Executives/Directors.
  • Transaction of business in line with the agreed Group Placement Strategy.
  • Maintaining accurate records and activity tracking within the group’s internal systems.
  • Contribution to the team by sharing of ideas and best practice.

Your Profile

  • Desire to progress within the Travel Insurance Industry.
  • Ability to build trust with clients, colleagues, and insurers alike.
  • Commercially aware with an overview of retention as well as growth opportunities.
  • Acturis Skills required and HubSpot knowledge an advantage.
