Job Overview
We are seeking a Travel Cloud Administrator to support the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud-based systems used within travel and tourism operations. This role focuses on helping maintain reliable digital platforms, managing user access, supporting cloud applications, and assisting teams with technology-related operational needs.
This position is suitable for candidates interested in combining cloud technology with the travel and tourism industry. Training and guidance will be available for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration of cloud-based travel and tourism platforms.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, access levels, and system configurations.
- Monitor cloud applications and services for availability and performance.
- Assist with troubleshooting cloud-based system and access issues.
- Maintain accurate system documentation, configurations, and operational records.
- Support data storage, organization, and secure access within cloud environments.
- Assist with system updates, configuration changes, and routine maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and technology providers to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor system usage and identify potential operational or performance issues.
- Support backup, recovery, and basic cloud security procedures.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding users across cloud-based platforms.
- Prepare basic system status reports and operational updates.
- Help improve the reliability and efficiency of digital tools used by travel teams.

Requirements
- Basic understanding of cloud computing and cloud-based applications.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology systems.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Interest in cloud technology, travel technology, or tourism operations.
- Previous cloud administration experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Basic knowledge of identity and access management.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 or other cloud-based productivity platforms.
- Understanding of cloud security and data protection principles.
- Basic knowledge of system monitoring and technical support.
- Experience working with travel management or tourism technology platforms is a plus.
- Ability to document technical processes clearly.
