Travel Communications Coordinator

🌟 About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, creative, and communication-focused Travel Communications Coordinator to join our travel and communications team.
In this role, you’ll support travel-related communications across customers, internal teams, travel partners, and suppliers. You’ll help create and coordinate travel information, booking communications, destination updates, promotional content, and operational announcements to ensure travellers receive clear, timely, and engaging information.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in travel, tourism, communications, customer experience, content, or travel operations. 🌍

- Coordinate travel-related communications across email, digital, and internal channels
- Prepare and distribute booking confirmations, itinerary updates, travel notices, and customer communications
- Create clear and engaging travel information for customers
- Coordinate destination information, travel guides, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Support communication campaigns for travel products, destinations, and seasonal promotions
- Work with travel planners, operations, marketing, customer service, and commercial teams
- Coordinate communications with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and travel suppliers
- Monitor changes to travel schedules, bookings, destinations, and travel requirements
- Communicate important travel updates, disruptions, and itinerary changes promptly
- Assist with website, email, social media, and other travel-content updates
- Maintain accurate customer communication templates and travel information
- Review communications for accuracy, consistency, tone, and brand standards
- Track communication schedules, campaigns, and deadlines
- Prepare reports on communication performance and customer engagement
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve travel communications
- Assist with travel events, campaigns, presentations, and promotional activities
- Maintain accurate records and confidential customer information 🔐
