We're searching for experienced Travel Consultants, to join our team delivering quality customer care to business travellers.
On-site role – Based at – 49a East Bridge Street, Belfast BT1 3NR.
Full-time permanent position - contracted to 40 hours paid production scheduled between 7am-10pm Monday to Friday with potential for future weekend work.
Hourly rate - Starting £12.25 per hour, rising to £12.70 once passed probation plus bonus earning potential up to £150!
Role Overview
As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing flights, hotels, and trains before and during corporate customers business trips. You'll make sure they fly with ease, arrive refreshed and alert for meetings, and return home on time to their families and friends.

Responsibilities
- Offer support to corporate travelers.
- Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to interact with travel customers who are currently traveling or interested in purchasing or researching travel, adhering to standard scripts and procedures.
- Welcome and communicate with customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
- Respond to email and chat inquiries, providing service and support according to client standards.
- Apply effective selling strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide precise answers to general travel and site-related inquiries.
- Diligently track and report call types and service issues, escalating cases to relevant departments to resolve problems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience at a single place of employment.
- Positive attitude and ability to communicate with individuals at all levels.
- Technical aptitude with a strong understanding of technology and the ability to navigate multiple systems while assisting customers.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) in both written and verbal communication.
- Strong typing skills with correct punctuation and grammar.
- Good geographical knowledge of countries worldwide.
- Basic math skills are necessary.
- Experience in the travel industry is preferred, though not essential.
