To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Quality Angel to join our fast-paced, international team in London.
You Will
- Oversee the quality of the travel services we provide, working across ground operations, hotels, villas, events, tickets, experiences, and local suppliers
- Maintain regular contact with clients and suppliers throughout each journey to ensure total satisfaction
- Work closely with the Team Senior to resolve client complaints quickly and efficiently
- Build fluency with our ERP system as a core working tool
- Monitor and communicate client feedback across the team
- Facilitate regular meetings and communications to discuss process updates and issues
- Understand the flow of each itinerary end to end, so nothing is missed and clients are supported every step of the way
- Prepare duty messages to support the Duty Manager, personalizing the text throughout the client's stay to ensure fluid day-to-day service
- Check that all services are confirmed, service orders are created and sent, and follow up on anything missing
- Verify that suppliers have all the information they need
- Handle last-minute bookings together with the Team Leader

You Are
- Fluent in English
- Passionate about luxury travel and lifestyle
- Knowledgeable about the UK destination
- Fully committed, with real motivation and drive
- Confident working under considerable pressure
- Confident with pricing, costing, and quick mental math
- Experienced in the travel or hospitality industry, ideally within: tour operators or travel agencies, incentive or wedding planning, hotel reservations, concierge companies, family offices, or other sales roles in luxury hotels and travel
- Based in or around London (this is a fully in-office position)
- Already holding the right to work in the UK - we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role

Location Requirement
Candidates must already reside in or around London and hold a valid UK working permit. This is not a hybrid role. Please do not apply if these requirements are not met.
