Travel Consultant
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join a successful travel company, creating unforgettable tailor-made holidays for customers worldwide. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales-driven individual who enjoys matching customers with their perfect holiday while delivering exceptional service and maximising every sales opportunity. This is an office-based role in Marlow.
Travel Consultant - Role & Responsibilities:
- Create tailor-made holiday experiences and deliver outstanding customer service across all customer touchpoints.
- Drive sales performance by achieving targets, maximising revenue opportunities, and promoting relevant travel products and services.
- Build lasting customer relationships, encouraging repeat business, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with destination knowledge, products, and technology to provide expert travel advice.

Travel Consultant - Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous travel sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets and ideally with strong long haul destination knowledge.
- Passion for travel and creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across telephone, email, and face-to-face.
- Confident selling skills with a customer-focused and consultative approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Travel Consultant - Additional Information:

- Competitive salary of circa £26,874 plus uncapped commission and fantastic OTE
- Office-based 37.5 hours per week: Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30 or 9.30 to 6.
- Weekend working on a rota: Saturdays 9 to 5.30 and Sundays 10 to 4
- 25 days annual leave, increasing with length of service, and additional leave purchase scheme.
