Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in East Molesey. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for:
- Assisting in travel arrangements
- Providing personalised travel consulting services
- Handling reservations
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- General admin and telephone calls
The role involves daily interaction with clients to tailor travel experiences to their specific needs and ensure their trips are seamless and enjoyable.

The role will be fully on site initially. After training is complete, there is flexibility to work from home occasionally, if required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Reservations
- Customer Service skills with a focus on personalised experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience in luxury travel or hospitality is a plus
