Role Description
This full-time remote Volunteer role at Pixart TI focuses on supporting creative and operational initiatives that advance the organization’s mission. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with digital content creation, helping coordinate online events or campaigns, and providing administrative support such as organizing files, responding to basic inquiries, and updating internal documents. The volunteer may collaborate with team members on simple design or media projects, contribute ideas to improve outreach and engagement, and help monitor project timelines or task lists. The role requires consistent availability, proactive communication, and a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage time effectively in a full-time remote setting, including organizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and working independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate clearly and respectfully with a diverse team.
- Basic digital literacy, including comfort with email, online collaboration tools, and document management platforms.
- Interest in creative, media, or technology-related initiatives and a willingness to support content, design, or outreach activities.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer suitable for remote work.
- Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and a positive, solutions-focused attitude toward volunteer responsibilities.
- Previous volunteer or teamwork experience is beneficial but not required; enthusiasm for learning and contributing is highly valued.
