Travel Consultant - Fully remote opportunity
Due to growth our client, the travel arm of a large media organisation, are seeking a Travel Consultant to join their team booking luxury and tailor-made holidays including cruises, touring and bespoke itineraries. The role can be either remote or hybrid in their London office and comes with a base salary of £31,500 with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission with OTE of up to £60,000.
Travel Consultant responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat
- Create bespoke luxury itineraries across cruise, touring, and tailor-made travel
- Manage bookings, confirmations, invoicing, and post-sales support
- Work directly with hotels, airlines, cruise lines, and tour operators
- Proactively generate new enquiries and meet sales targets
- Upload itineraries to our CMS and support marketing projects

Travel Consultant skills required:
- Strong retail travel sales experience, ideally in luxury and cruise
- Proven success converting enquiries into bookings
- Confident communication skills across phone and digital channels
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Creative flair for designing standout itineraries
- Good destination knowledge (Australia, NZ, USA, Canada, Asia a bonus)

Additional information/benefits:
- Monday–Friday 9am–6pm (rostered), Saturday 10am–5pm (on a roster)
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays, rising to 23 with service
