Travel Consultant - Fully remote opportunity

Due to growth our client, the travel arm of a large media organisation, are seeking a Travel Consultant to join their team booking luxury and tailor-made holidays including cruises, touring and bespoke itineraries. The role can be either remote or hybrid in their London office and comes with a base salary of £31,500 with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission with OTE of up to £60,000.

Travel Consultant responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat
  • Create bespoke luxury itineraries across cruise, touring, and tailor-made travel
  • Manage bookings, confirmations, invoicing, and post-sales support
  • Work directly with hotels, airlines, cruise lines, and tour operators
  • Proactively generate new enquiries and meet sales targets
  • Upload itineraries to our CMS and support marketing projects

Travel Consultant skills required:

  • Strong retail travel sales experience, ideally in luxury and cruise
  • Proven success converting enquiries into bookings
  • Confident communication skills across phone and digital channels
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Creative flair for designing standout itineraries
  • Good destination knowledge (Australia, NZ, USA, Canada, Asia a bonus)

  • Monday–Friday 9am–6pm (rostered), Saturday 10am–5pm (on a roster)
