Job Purpose
Emirates Holidays is the tour operating arm of Emirates, offering a broad range of curated holiday packages to top global destinations including Dubai, the Indian Ocean, the Far East, East Africa, South Africa & Australia. Our Travel Consultants are responsible for creating memorable and seamless travel experiences for our customers, from initial enquiry through to departure and beyond. You will use your destination and product knowledge to build and sell a range of holiday options, including tailor-made, twin and multi-centre itineraries, while identifying opportunities to enhance each booking through relevant ancillary products and experiences.
We are looking for people who are commercially minded, customer focused and confident working in a fast-paced sales environment. You will be passionate about delivering excellent service, building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets, while remaining flexible and composed when plans change or unexpected disruption occurs.
A day in the life of a Travel Consultant (Sales) could involve:
- Creating twin-centre, multi-centre and tailor-made itineraries, as well as selling from existing product ranges to help achieve sales KPIs.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell flights, accommodation, meal plans, excursions, tours and other ancillary products.
- Managing customer sales enquiries and correspondence within agreed service levels.
- Building strong customer relationships that reflect our brand values and encourage repeat business.
- Keeping up to date with our air and non-air product portfolio, including destination requirements, product updates, tours and excursions.
- Working with third-party suppliers to support and complete customer requirements.
- Responding confidently to cancellations, disruption and other unexpected situations before or after departure.
- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Supporting Team Leaders with sales-related activity, reporting and other ad hoc requirements where needed.

Qualification
To Be Considered For This Role You Must Have
- Previous experience in a customer-facing sales environment, ideally within travel, tourism or aviation.
- Experience selling or creating holiday products, including tailor-made, twin-centre or multi-centre itineraries.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- A commercial mindset, with confidence identifying opportunities to upsell and maximise sales.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The unrestricted right to live and work in the UK.

You Will Have An Edge If You Have
- Knowledge of a broad range of travel products, including flights, accommodation, excursions and tours.
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
- Experience working with third-party suppliers or travel partners.
- Fluency in one or more additional languages.
