Role Description There are full-time and part-time Travel Consultant roles available, based at One Travel Group LTD’s flagship retail store in Sale, Manchester. The Travel Consultants will advise clients on travel options, create tailored itineraries, and manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, tours, and packages. Daily responsibilities include handling reservations, processing bookings and changes, providing accurate travel information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service via phone, email, and in person, ensuring all interactions reflect the company’s commitment to personalized and reliable travel experiences. Travel Consultants will also collaborate with colleagues and suppliers, maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations and travel regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement of travel solutions.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Arrangements to design and coordinate comprehensive travel plans.
- Skills in Travel Management and Reservations to handle bookings, changes, and travel documentation efficiently.
- Excellent Customer Service skills to support clients, address inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with travel booking systems, GDS platforms, and basic IT proficiency (e.g., MS Office, email, CRM tools) is beneficial.
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer-facing roles and knowledge of global destinations, fares, and travel regulations are advantageous.
