Role Description
The Travel Consultant role at Rally Cry is a part-time hybrid position based in Greater London, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the Travel Consultant will coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and related reservations.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing travel itineraries
- Optimizing travel costs
- Ensuring compliance with internal travel policies
- Providing timely support for travel changes or issues

Qualifications
- Ability to effectively manage Travel Consulting and Travel Management activities, ensuring smooth and efficient travel experiences.
- Demonstrated experience in organizing Travel Arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodation in line with budget and policy.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and clear communication.
- Hands-on experience handling Reservations, including monitoring confirmations, changes, and cancellations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in travel documentation.
- Proficiency with travel booking tools, online reservation systems, and basic office software.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
- Prior experience supporting travel for startups, tech companies, or events is beneficial.
