Gecko Travel Recruitment are delighted to be working with a multi-award-winning travel business who are looking for a Luxury Tailor-Made Travel Consultant - Wildlife & Birding Specialist to join their growing team.
The Role:
As a Luxury Tailor-Made Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for managing client enquiries, generating new business and building strong relationships with clients. You will design and sell bespoke wildlife and birding itineraries, primarily across Africa, Asia and South America, creating unforgettable luxury travel experiences from enquiry through to completion. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for wildlife travel who enjoys delivering exceptional service and designing truly personalised journeys.

You Will Have:
- 2+ years’ experience selling wildlife and birding holidays, ideally within tailor-made or luxury travel
- Experience creating and selling bespoke travel itineraries
- Proficiency using Amadeus GDS
- Proven sales track record with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- A proactive, resilient and self-motivated approach
- Confidence presenting the company and travel experiences both in person and online
- The ability to build client loyalty and generate repeat business
- A genuine passion for wildlife, nature and luxury travel
