Travel Content Creator

Location: United Kingdom

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Travel Content Creator to develop engaging content that promotes travel destinations, experiences, attractions, tourism services, and travel products.

The successful candidate will create content across digital platforms, research travel trends, develop compelling stories, and support marketing campaigns designed to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging travel content for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and digital platforms.
  • Develop written, visual, and short-form video content related to destinations and travel experiences.
  • Research destinations, travel trends, customer interests, and emerging topics.
  • Develop creative concepts for travel campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Produce destination guides, travel features, social media posts, and promotional copy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, tourism, and partnership teams on content campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain content calendars and publishing schedules.
  • Monitor content performance, audience engagement, and social media trends.
  • Adapt content for different platforms and target audiences.
  • Support destination, travel product, and tourism marketing campaigns.
  • Identify new content opportunities and trending travel topics.
  • Ensure content is accurate, engaging, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Interest in travel, tourism, content creation, marketing, media, or communications.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content.
  • Ability to research and communicate travel information effectively.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Previous content creation, travel, tourism, or marketing experience is beneficial but not essential.
