🛠️ We’re Hiring: Travel Content Creator (Entry-Level / Junior / Associate)

We’re looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Travel Content Creator to produce engaging content that inspires audiences to discover destinations, plan trips, and explore new travel experiences. This role is ideal for someone who loves travel, storytelling, photography, video, and social media, and who can turn travel ideas and experiences into compelling digital content.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Tourism, Social Media, and Partnerships teams to create content across websites, social platforms, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital channels.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging travel content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and digital platforms
- Develop destination guides, travel articles, itineraries, travel tips, reviews, and promotional content
- Produce short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
- Create and edit travel photography, videos, graphics, and other visual assets
- Develop social media content calendars and support regular content publishing
- Research destinations, attractions, hotels, restaurants, activities, events, and travel trends
- Write compelling and informative copy tailored to different audiences and platforms
- Support destination marketing and travel promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with Marketing, Tourism, Product, Sales, and Partnership teams on content projects
- Work with travel brands, tourism organisations, hotels, attractions, creators, and other industry partners
- Monitor content performance, engagement, reach, website traffic, and audience behaviour
- Use performance insights to improve future content and increase audience engagement
- Optimise content for search engines and social media platforms
- Maintain content libraries, digital assets, editorial calendars, and publishing schedules
- Stay up to date with emerging travel trends, social media formats, creator trends, and digital content best practices
- Ensure all published content is accurate, engaging, brand-consistent, and appropriate for the target audience

✅ Requirements
- Entry-Level / Junior / Associate (0–3+ years of experience)
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Media, Tourism, Travel, or a related field is a plus
- Strong passion for travel, tourism, storytelling, and digital content
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling abilities
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Basic photography and video production/editing skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or similar platforms is a plus
- Understanding of social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital content marketing
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to research information and transform it into engaging content
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines
- A portfolio, personal blog, social media account, or examples of previous content is a plus
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Based in the United Kingdom with the legal right to work in the UK
