We’re looking for an organised and proactive Travel Coordinator to join our Head Office team in London and support the smooth coordination of business travel across the organisation.

As a Travel Coordinator, you’ll support the day-to-day coordination of business travel, ensuring employees have a smooth and well-organised travel experience. You’ll manage travel requests, bookings and changes, working closely with the Travel Manager and ensuring all arrangements are in line with company policies and travel standards.

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate end-to-end business travel arrangements, including flights, rail, accommodation and ground transportation, ensuring bookings are appropriate, cost-effective and aligned with company travel policy.
  • Manage travel requests, amendments, cancellations and rebookings, supporting employees with disruptions or issues before and during travel and escalating urgent or out-of-hours requirements where appropriate.
  • Act as a key point of contact for travel-related queries, providing a high level of service and ensuring employees receive clear, accurate travel information and itineraries.
  • Maintain accurate travel records and documentation, ensuring bookings comply with company policies, approval processes, agreed lead times and preferred supplier arrangements.
  • Liaise and build effective working relationships with travel management companies, airlines, hotels, internal stakeholders and other travel suppliers, escalating recurring or complex issues to the Travel Manager.
  • Assist with the maintenance and management of staff accommodation properties, alongside supporting travel reporting, data, guidelines, processes and general administration.
  • Work closely with the Travel Manager to monitor supplier performance, support supplier reviews and identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall employee travel experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
