What You’ll Do on a Typical Day Creates and completes travel arrangements (car, hotel, air, rail) for moderately complex accounts Ensures reservations are built according to client standards and preferences Acts as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations which provide the best traveler experience in each situation Resolves moderately complex problems with potentially non-standard and multi destinations, ticket exchanges and complex fares Assignments include both routine and non-routine work May be required to assist with department related projects and implementations (clean-up, startup, closeout, etc.) What We’re Looking For 2+ years industry experience preferred or a strong customer service background Experience in travel support roles preferred English fluent – written and spoken 2nd language a plus Diligent to ensure high level of accuracy Basic MS Office Capable of working with minimal supervision Good travel industry knowledge Skilled in GDS - Sabre preferred Location Lakenheath, United Kingdom This role is for CWT Defense & Government within CWT, a member of the American Express Global Business Travel family of companies.
