Travel Cruise Sales Consultant
Base Salary up to £36,000 based on experience, OTE £60,000 +
Hybrid - Surrey

Our client, a luxury cruise specialist, is a customer service-focused cruise specialist who work with high net worth discerning clients.
They are an award-winning cruise operator selling some of the world's most luxurious cruise operators and have a reputation for delivering excellence.
The Role
The role involves dealing with cruise travel requests and making bookings from both new and repeat clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Booking all aspects of the client's cruises as well as making amendments to existing reservations
- Checking availability and confirming cruise options available
- Upselling and maximising sales opportunities
- Processing guest information and special requests
- Working to targets whilst delivering excellent customer service.
Required Experience
- Previous cruise sales experience is essential
- Ability to develop rapport with a discerning client base
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Proven sales experience in meeting sales targets

Salary and Benefits
- Base Salary up to £36,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
- Uncapped earning potential Realistic OTE £60,000
