Job Description
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Global Travel & Expense Administrator to join our Finance team at an exciting time of transformation.
As part of the build-out of our in-house Travel & Expense function, you'll play a key role in supporting employees across multiple countries, helping them navigate travel booking systems, expense management processes and company travel policies.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience within either the corporate travel or expense management space. Whether you come from a Travel Management Company (TMC), a corporate travel environment or an expense administration background, we can help develop your skills across the wider Travel & Expense function. As the first point of contact for travel and expense support, you'll play a key role in supporting colleagues across our global business, resolving queries, providing training and helping ensure smooth and compliant travel and expense operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Respond to employee travel and expense queries
- Provide first-line support for travel booking and expense management systems
- Deliver user training via Teams and one-to-one sessions
- Support employees with expense submissions and policy compliance
- Investigate failed expense claims and missing information
- Produce reports and analyse travel and expense data
- Work with travel suppliers, hotels and corporate card providers
- Help identify opportunities to reduce travel costs and improve compliance
- Support the implementation and rollout of new travel and expense systems
- Assist during travel disruption and support risk management processes

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Experience with a travel management system or expense management system
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable providing support via Teams, telephone and email
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyse data and solve problems
- Experience working with stakeholders across multiple locations
Desirable
- Previous experience within a Travel Management Company (TMC)
- Concur experience or accreditation
- Experience administering expense management systems
- Experience supporting system implementations
- Additional European language skills
