About the Role
As a Travel & Expenses Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our people can travel smoothly and are reimbursed accurately. You'll be responsible for monitoring and booking approved travel requests through our travel and hotel booking system, as well as reviewing expense and allowance claims routed to the team for approval. Excellent customer service sits at the heart of this role, you'll be a first point of contact for logging queries, resolving issues, and keeping our systems updated so claimants always have clear and accurate information about their bookings and claims.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys supporting colleagues across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calls and emails in relation to travel, expense and allowance related queries.
- Monitor travel desk booking system for hotel and travel requests.
- All travel and hotels booked within policy, all exceptions to be approved.
- Identify potential travel savings through use of travel booking tools and websites.
- Maintain travel booking spreadsheet with live booking data.
- Customer support.
- Review expenses and ensure they're in line with the Travel & Expenses policy.
