Travel Executive

People who enjoy what they do, do it better — and in Travel, we really believe that. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Travel Executives to join our small but mighty Travel family, supporting customers at multiple points in their journey with us.

As a Travel Executive, you will speak with customers across a range of travel insurance needs, from helping them purchase a new policy, supporting changes during the life of their cover, and assisting them as they approach renewal. Every conversation is an opportunity to deliver excellent service, provide clear information and achieve the right outcome for the customer.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling inbound customer calls across new business, mid-term and renewals.
  • Providing excellent customer service with every interaction, making sure customers feel listened to, supported and confident in the information they receive.
  • Offering suitable products in line with Consumer Duty principles, ensuring customer needs are understood and good outcomes are achieved.
  • Explaining policy information clearly and accurately, helping customers make informed decisions about their travel insurance.
  • Logging and handling customer complaints appropriately, ensuring they are captured accurately and managed with care.
  • Working towards department goals and contributing to the wider success of the Travel team.
  • Playing an active role in sharing new ideas and suggestions that could positively impact our customers, our products and the way we work.
  • Working as part of a supportive team that takes pride in doing the right thing for our customers and each other.

About You

You do not need to know everything about travel insurance from day one — we will give you the training and support you need to feel confident. What matters most is that you are passionate about helping people, willing to learn and able to bring energy, care and professionalism to every customer conversation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
