🛠️ We’re Hiring: Travel Marketing Executive (Entry-Level / Junior / Associate)

We’re looking for a creative, organised, and results-driven Travel Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across the travel and tourism sector. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about travel, digital marketing, content creation, and customer engagement, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of travel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Develop engaging content for websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Promote travel packages, holidays, destinations, tours, experiences, and related products
  • Manage social media content calendars and coordinate regular campaign activity
  • Research travel trends, customer preferences, emerging destinations, and competitor activity
  • Support paid and organic marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant channels
  • Assist with SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and online promotional activities
  • Work with travel suppliers, hotels, airlines, tour operators, attractions, and other commercial partners
  • Coordinate photography, video, brochures, destination guides, and other marketing assets
  • Support influencer, affiliate, partnership, and PR marketing activities
  • Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, social media engagement, enquiries, and bookings
  • Prepare marketing reports and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance
  • Assist with customer and market research to better understand travel behaviours and purchasing decisions
  • Maintain marketing calendars, campaign documentation, databases, and promotional materials
  • Support the organisation of travel trade events, exhibitions, promotional events, and industry activities
  • Stay up to date with travel industry trends, digital marketing developments, and changing consumer behaviour

✅ Requirements

  • Entry-Level / Junior / Associate (0–3+ years of experience)
  • Degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus
  • Strong interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, and digital marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation abilities
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse marketing data and identify trends and opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects, and deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Based in the United Kingdom with the legal right to work in the UK
