Travel Marketing Executive
Base Salary circa £32,000 (negotiable based on experience) + Great Benefits
Hybrid - Surrey
Our client is a fast-growing travel specialist within small-ship, expedition, and exploration cruising. Their trips focus on the polar regions offering access to wildlife-rich waterways, rugged coastlines, and immersive voyages worldwide.
Due to the growth in the business and expanding their product range, they are now recruiting for a Travel Marketing Executive to join the team.
Travel Marketing Executive Responsibilities:
- Working with the Marketing Manager to plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, including activity with cruise operator partners, meeting agreed requirements and deadlines.
- Maintaining the marketing calendar and coordinating the timely production of content and assets across digital and print, including brochures, direct mail, advertisements, landing pages, and content and digital channels.
- Planning and creating email campaigns, newsletters, and automated communications that support the customer journey, capture relevant data, and grow our marketing database.
- Creating and maintaining accurate, engaging, and search-optimized content across the website, blog, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Working with the Marketing Manager and external agencies to support paid media, SEO, social media, and digital content activity.
- Maintaining a consistent visual identity and tone of voice across all marketing activity.
- Building effective relationships with cruise operator partners, suppliers, agencies, and media contacts, representing the company at industry and networking events.

Travel Marketing Executive Experience Required:
- Previous marketing experience ideally within travel but not essential.
- An interest in small-ship, expedition, and exploration cruising.
- Experience coordinating and delivering campaigns across marketing channels.
- Strong written communication and editing skills, with the ability to adapt copy for different audiences and platforms.
- Good working knowledge of email marketing, social media, website content, and digital marketing, and experience using email marketing or marketing automation platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Experience working with a content management system such as WordPress.

Travel Marketing Executive Salary and Benefits:
- Base Salary up to £32,000 (negotiable based on experience).
