Job Description
As the operational backbone of Crown Journey, you will take full ownership of luxury UK trips after the point of sale. You will manage everything from complex bookings and supplier logistics to live on-the-ground support. This role demands exceptional detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations independently to ensure seamless client experiences.

What You Will Do
- Coordinate and book all trip elements, including luxury hotels, private guides, and unique experiences, ensuring every minute detail is perfectly planned before departure.
- Serve as the primary contact for live operations, resolving real-time issues such as travel delays or supplier changes across different time zones.
- Proactively communicate with high-end clients and US travel agents, providing regular updates and maintaining the company’s reputation for flawless execution and service.

- Demonstrates a proven track record of radical self-sufficiency and independent problem-solving in high-pressure environments like travel, hospitality, or events.
- Possesses impeccable organizational skills and extreme attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex logistics without dropping any responsibilities.
- Proficient in using AI productivity tools like ChatGPT or Claude as part of a daily workflow to enhance speed and decision-making.
