You are responsible for supporting the Head of IPASA Contracts in managing the end-to-end performance, compliance and operational delivery of IPASA contracts across all markets.
The role holder ensures that IPASA-serviced operations are robust, compliant and well-governed by owning the day-to-day management of TPA relationships, regulatory reporting obligations, complaint management and financial controls. They act as the primary operational point of contact for deal countries, Customer Care Centers, TPAs and fronters, ensuring that contractual commitments are met, risks are identified and escalated, and service delivery continuously improves.
Overall, this role plays a central part in protecting IPASA business from operational, financial, regulatory and reputational risks, while supporting the growth and smooth implementation of new contracts and partnerships.
Main Responsibilities
- TPA Governance & Contract Management: Act as the daily operational contact for IPASA TPAs, managing queries, escalations, and performance; lead governance activities including annual due diligence, contract reviews, onboarding of new TPAs, and overseeing TPA process improvements to ensure service quality, compliance, and alignment with AXA Partners standards; manage Falck-related activities and handle escalations such as Nordic CLP and Redflag per protocols.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
