Position: Travel Operations Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50 - $70/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Analyze and test realistic travel operations workflows using leading booking, reservations, ticketing, or hospitality platforms.
- Evaluate the performance of AI-supported travel tools and integrated applications by running real-world scenarios.
- Identify, document, and explain incorrect, inefficient, or unrealistic system outcomes using professional judgment.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback on usability, platform behavior, and industry-specific requirements.
- Suggest improvements and flag gaps based on operational best practices in travel, hospitality, or corporate travel management.
- Collaborate with project coordinators through concise written feedback and structured input forms.

Requirements
- Substantial practitioner experience with travel operations, hospitality management, corporate travel, booking platforms, or reservation systems.
- Hands-on expertise with reservation, ticketing, or travel management platforms in actual workplace environments.
- Demonstrated ability to assess and explain the practical implications of platform features and workflow outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail and sound operational judgment in identifying errors or unrealistic scenarios.
- Exceptional clarity in written communication, including structured feedback and reporting.
