Position Overview
The Travel Operations Specialist supports the coordination and execution of travel arrangements by ensuring all details are organized, accurate, and completed on time. This role plays an important part in maintaining smooth processes behind the scenes while contributing to a positive overall client experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee travel arrangements from initial planning through final confirmation
- Verify booking details, documentation, and timelines for accuracy
- Coordinate with travel partners to finalize reservations and resolve any discrepancies
- Track upcoming travel schedules and ensure all components are in place
- Assist with updates or changes to existing itineraries
- Maintain organized records and follow internal processes for documentation

Qualifications & Skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High level of attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working with digital tools and booking systems
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in operations, administrative support, or customer service is beneficial
