We're Hiring: Travel Operations Specialist
Remote — United Kingdom
Full-Time
Level: Entry-Level / Junior / Associate
💰 Base Salary: £3,000+ per Month
Guaranteed base salary of £3,000+ per month, with potential for additional performance-based incentives.
We're looking for an organised, professional, and customer-focused Travel Operations Specialist to support travel operations, customer communication, service coordination, and smooth day-to-day delivery across the travel and hospitality sector.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating travel arrangements, solving problems, communicating with people, managing details, and ensuring smooth customer experiences. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote-first environment, supporting guests and travel partners throughout their travel and hospitality journey.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate day-to-day travel and hospitality operations
- Communicate with guests, clients, hotels, travel providers, and hospitality partners
- Respond to enquiries and provide timely, professional assistance
- Coordinate bookings, schedules, travel arrangements, and service requirements
- Handle guest requests, feedback, changes, and service-related issues
- Monitor travel arrangements and ensure services are delivered smoothly
- Provide information about accommodation, travel services, and hospitality experiences
- Coordinate with internal teams, hotels, travel providers, and hospitality partners
- Maintain accurate guest, booking, and operational records
- Follow up on reservations, requests, and outstanding operational tasks
- Help resolve operational issues quickly and professionally
- Follow up with guests to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and service quality
- Support strong relationships with guests, clients, and travel partners
- Assist with maintaining high standards across travel operations

What We're Looking For
- Entry-level, junior, or associate-level candidates are welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable communicating and coordinating with customers remotely
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Passion or interest in travel, tourism, and hospitality
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Previous experience in travel operations, hospitality, tourism, travel coordination, or customer service is a plus, but not essential
