We are looking for a friendly, organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Travel Operations Specialist with an interest in travel, tourism, destinations, travel products, and travel operations.

In this role, you will support the day-to-day coordination and organisation of travel-related products, services, customer enquiries, travel information, and operational tasks.

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of travel products and services, including holiday packages, hotels and accommodation, tourist attractions, local experiences, city breaks, outdoor activities, themed travel experiences, seasonal travel products, and other travel-related services.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel, organisation, customer service, destination research, travel planning, administration, and coordinating different travel-related tasks, particularly those looking for a flexible remote working arrangement.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day travel operations and assigned travel-related tasks.
  • Review and organise travel information, product details, and customer requirements.
  • Assist with processing travel enquiries and operational requests.
  • Maintain accurate and organised travel-related records and information.
  • Review travel products, accommodation, activities, attractions, and destination information.
  • Assist with coordinating travel arrangements and customer requests where applicable.
  • Help ensure travel information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Compare available travel products and services according to customer requirements.
  • Assist with booking-related enquiries, changes, amendments, cancellations, and special requests where applicable.
  • Communicate with appropriate team members, travel suppliers, accommodation providers, or other relevant contacts when additional information is required.
  • Follow up on outstanding travel enquiries and operational requests.
  • Monitor assigned tasks and ensure they are completed within the required timeframe.
  • Organise travel information and documentation for customers and internal use.
  • Support the preparation of travel options, product information, and operational updates.
  • Review changes to travel products, availability, seasonal offers, and relevant travel conditions.
  • Assist with resolving routine travel-related issues and escalating more complex matters when required.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and relevant travel partners.
  • Complete assigned daily operational tasks accurately and efficiently.
